1.1. Credit or debit card
Payment can also be made with your credit or debit card via our virtual POS terminal. When selecting this payment method, the entire amount of the order is charged. After paying by credit or debit card, you do not owe any additional charges and costs when you receive your order.

1.2. Payment via SMS operator system
Payment can also be made via the SMS operator system available within your bodyfreq.com account. When selecting this payment method, the entire amount of the order is charged. Once the payment has been completed, you do not owe any additional fees and costs upon receipt of the order.

Attention! When making a payment via POS terminal and SMS, you leave the system at "bodyfreq.com". Please follow the payment instructions carefully. The "bodyfreq.com" platform is not responsible for payment problems through non-platform systems.

2. Security of payments

2.1. Payment by credit / debit card
We guarantee that every transaction made at bodyfreq.com is 100% safe. Any operation that involves the transmission of personal information or bank data is carried out in a safe environment.
The bodyfreq.com platform uses a secure server that uses a protocol called SSL (Secure Socked Layer) to provide secure transfer of information by encrypting the connection between our server and the payment page of our serving bank.

Attention! The "bodyfreq.com" platform does NOT collect card data and as a merchant we cannot access them, only the servicing bank can!

When making a credit / debit card payment, customers will be asked to provide the following information:

1. The credit card number
2. Expiry date
3. The verification code that refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit / debit card.

In this way, we can guarantee even greater security for online transactions.
